Manchester United Football Club Manager Sir Alex Ferguson has said he will be retiring from managing the club at the end of the English Premier League season after 26 years in the driving seat as Man United's Head Coach.

The 71 year old Scot has seen Man United grow and win 36 trophies notably among are 13 league titles, 2 Champions League crowns, 5 FA Cups and 4 League Cups.
"The decision to retire is one that I have thought a great deal about. It is the right time," Ferguson said.
The Managers in the spotlight and likely to replace Ferguson are Real Madrid Manager Jose Mourinho and Everton's David Moyes.
Tributes to Ferguson have been led by Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron.
