After the burial of the late Butaleja Woman MP, the Electoral Commission announced 11th February 2013
as the date for the by-election to replace the deceased Legislator.
The family of Cerinah Nebanda has decided to front her elder sister Florence Nebanda to stand as a replacement inorder to continue with and complete all her programs.
Addressing the press at her home in Butaleja, Nebanda's mother said despite all the mystery surrounding the death of her daughter, Florence will be fronted on the NRM ticket and she ruled out the possibility of the family withdrawing their membership from the ruling NRM party.
