Kenya has qualified for the CECAFA Tusker Challenge Cup 2012 finals after winning another contender

Kenya's chances were raised after Zanzibar had an own goal that helped the Kenyan team to equalise with Zanzibar who already had scored a goal.
Zanzibar received a penalty in the second half which ended up in a goal. Kenya later equalised courtesy of Baraza who ended a corner kick into the back of the net making it 2-2 for both sides.
After full time and extra time, all the teams were still drawing. Penalties saw Kenya through to the finals on a 4-2 score line.
