Rally driver Ronald Sebuguzi has won this years episode of the Mbarara Motor Club (MMC) ECO-BANK rally held at
Buganda's palace home,Lubiri Mengo rally grounds.
Sebuguzi emerged winner after overcoming pressure from over ten players in the race including the African Champion Muhammed Essa.
All eyes in the race were on Essa who every player was struggling to win and of all, only Sebuguzi made his promise to pass.
The rally was a very successful one, according to the organizers.
There were reports that a car belonging to one of the drivers caught fire but the impact of the accident could not readily be ascertained. We suspect injuries from the same.
