City Businessman and tycoon Hassan Basajjabalaba was on Wednesday evening sent to Luzira Prison after charges of forgery were preferred against him by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Richard Butera and
queries raised on the status of his sureties at the Anti-Corruption Court sitting in Kampala.
Basajjabalaba had on the previous day been arrested at Entebbe International Airport as he tried to sneak out of the Country yet he had been informed that he has a case to answer.
He is to re-appear at the Anti-Corruption Court on Thursday afternoon for more hearing of his case.
