Rebecca Kadaga Wins Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Association.

Hon. Rebecca Kadaga has this afternoon been elected as the President of the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians International at the Commonwealth Parliamentarians Women conference in Santon South Africa.
