A Chinese man who claimed to have come to Uganda to invest has been arrested after he was found in a small house in one of Kampala's
suburbs with a group of seven young girls said to have been ferried from Gulu.
It is believed that these girls are being used for sex trade and self satisfaction by the purported investor.
The girls are of primary school going age. They said they accepted to be brought to Kampala after they were promised to be given high paying jobs in companies around Kampala.
Police invaded the investor's house and found Cocaine, condoms, police attire and all other forms of drugs which police believes he uses to confuse the young girls.
Lu, who is of Chinese origin was picked from the house and is being detained at old Kampala police post. Police said investigations into the activities of the investor are on going and cases of defilement and child molestation are to be preferred against him if found guilty.
