Opposition Pressure group For God and My Country (4GC) has accused the Police and some politicians of being behind a gang of stone throwing youth that has of recent been disrupting most the rallies of the pressure group.
4GC cordinator said they have a line up of youth who confessed to have been hired by the police to be throwing stones at the opposition leaders every time they have a rally.
He said the these youth are brought by Police in their cars and dropped at the group's gatherings from where they start the stone throwing exercise.
Kampala Resident City Commissioner Samuel Mbimbaza Hashaka has also been brought in to the lime light and named as one of the financiers of the group.
Police has however denied the allegations and said they will be the ones to drag 4GC to court for the allegations levied against them. Police assistant spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi said "the Police can not train an illegal group to help them in the execution of their duties."
4GC said they are waiting for their legal team to advise them on the next step since their move is to have the police force and Mbimbaza Hashaka to face the Law.
