The body of fallen former Minister of Relief and Disaster Preparedness Dr Stephen Malinga is to lay in State at the Parliament Chambers today. The public will have a chance to set the last eye on the Minister and pay their last respects.
After the public viewing, the body will be moved on to the floor of Parliament for the Members of Parliament to as well pay their last respects and give their eulogies about their fallen colleague.
The former Uganda People's Congress(UPC) die-hard cum NRM supporter died on Thursday after he collapsed at his home in Pallisa District.
He has been the Member of Parliament representing Butebo constituency from Pallisa.
