Buganda Kingdom's King His Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has today turned 58 years of age and hosted his guests at his home at Lubiri-Mengo.
He gave special recognition to local musician Mathias Walukagga and anti-HIV/AIDS activist Noerine Kaleeba, for their distinguished work.

According to Charles Peter Mayiga, the kingdom’s spokesperson, Walukagga will be recognised for his educational music.
Both will receive certificates as a sign of appreciation for their efforts towards developing the country. Mayiga said the award was meant to encourage other Ugandans to develop their talent.
Walukagga has been previously been credited for his music content with many describing it as educational and this has won him several accolades from the music industry.
