Justice David Wangutusi read the sentence as 5 years for abuse of office, 2 years for forgery, 2 years for unlawful possession of government stores, and 1 year for for making documents without Authority. All the sentences will be served concurrently.
The sentence come a week after Kazinda was found guilty of all 29 counts of fraud.
