Meddie Ssentongo, a Kampala businessman and former lover to embattled socialist Bad Black was on Tuesday released from Luzira Prisons after serving an 18 month jail sentence.
Ssentongo was last year convicted of fraud by the Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Catherine Bamugemereire and handed the 18 month jail sentence.

He together with Bad Black are said to have defrauded a British engineer and Bad Black's boyfriend David Greenhalgh of over shs.11billion.
On release, Meddie was received by his supporters and was driven away by a group of Body guards to his home.
