Uganda's music Diva Iryn Namubiru is reported to have been arrested in the Japan Capital Tokyo over allegations of possessing narcotics.
The Bilowoozo singer who traveled to Japan on Thursday last week for a concert is now under Police custody.
Efforts are being made by the embassies of France, Uganda to secure her release and if found guilty of drug trafficking, she could be sentenced to death according to the laws of Japan.
