Ugandan singer Iryn Namubiru on Monday received a hero's welcome on her arrival at Entebbe International Airport from Japan where she had been held for over two weeks following her arrest as she had gone for a music concert.
Relatives, friends, family members and fans converged at the Airport to welcome her home after that difficult time in the Japan coolers.
Iryn was arrested on May 2nd at Nikita international Airport in Japan after her luggage was allegedly found with drugs and was detained at the Airport before being transferred to a big station.
She was pronounced innocent of drug trafficking and set free on Friday 24th by court.
Iryn's mother could not hide her joy after seeing her daughter back home in good shape despite all the troubles she went through.
