Kampala Capital City Authority has passed a warning to the general public to desist from urinating on the road side and other public places or else face arrest and subsequent imprisonment of atleast two months or pay a fine.
The warning was made by the KCCA Spokesperson Peter Kaujju while on a phone interview with the media. He called the habit a public nuisance and unethical.
The move to arrest all those found urinating around or littering the city is aimed at promoting a clean and healthy City.
KCCA has been previously been blamed for failing to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Country's Capital City.
