Incumbent Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe under his ZANU PF Party has won the July 31st Presidential elections with a landslide 61%, earning him a 7th term of office as Zimbabwe's next President.
The 89 years old leader was declared by the Electoral Commission head Rita Makarau as Zimbabwe's dully elected President as he addressed a media conference in Zimbabwe.

Tallies from over several of the tallying centers put Robert Mugabe ahead of his opponent and Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, who has already rejected the results.
The polls have been descibed by the opposition as a "huge farce."
The African Union however praised the Zimbabwean Electoral commission for holding a very peaceful election, saying it was "Free and Fair".
